Kit Building Direct supplied an open barn for my alpacas. It was very good value, extremely robustly constructed and arrived in good time and on the day it was expected. There was a part missing, however, when I phoned them and told them, they got the missing part to me in two days without any hesitation. I have been most impressed with their customer service. They answered all of my layman’s questions with excellent humour and immense patience. They also dealt with my anxiety and hesitation to commit by being reassuring, and getting me information that wasn’t at their fingertips asap. Overall, most impressive; a delight to deal with in these days when so many companies are not!
